| Chapter 1 | Awards |
| Article 1 | Green Design International Award is the World Green Design Forum established international public service awards, designed to recognize the green design philosophy, the positive application of green technology, green materials, green energy, green equipment, green production methods, and efforts to achieve the cycle can besustained, sound, and all kinds of products to help protect or improve the environment for human survival. |
| Chapter 2 | Nomination |
| Article 2 | The founder shall invite an international panel of experts in relevant field to form a nomination committee that nominates candidates for the Award |
| Article 3 | The Award does not accept self nomination. It shall solicit public opinion through internet media for the nominees. |
| Article 4 | The products nominated should at least meet the following conditions: |
| (A) green design philosophy. | |
| (B) the positive application of green technology, green materials, green energy, green equipment, green production methods. | |
| (C) the efforts to achieve the cycle, sustainable, harmless, help protect or improve the environment for human survival. | |
| (D) Product producers inappropriate remarks in environmental protection the misdeeds and environmental aspects. | |
| (E) The product has a comparative advantage in the industry. | |
| Chapter 3 | Voting Committee |
| Article 5 | The Voting Committee shall consists of a panel of internationally recognized experts in design, environmental protection, public affair, finance, and media from across the global invited by the Founder only |
| Chapter 4 | Publication and Voting |
| Article 6 | The nominated products will be publicized in the official website of the Green Design Forum. During the voting period, nominees may update their public profiles on the websites. |
| Article 7 | The Award winners shall be selected via anonymous ballot by the voting committee. |
| Chapter 5 | Commendation |
| Article 8 | Products that get into the nominated Green Design International Award Award nomination. |
| Article 9 | Green Design International Award winning products will enter the annual list of global green procurement guidance. |
| Article 10 | The annual international award for green design products does not exceed one-third of the total number of nominations. |
| Article 11 | The annual Green Design International Award winners will be published in the world, Green Design Forum. |
| Chapter 6 | Revocation |
| Article 12 | Organizer to accept complaints from the public, have significant environmental misdeeds and difficult to eliminate the impact of award-winning products, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the award title, and shall be published in the official website. |
| Article 13 | Interpretation of the rules of the Award shall reside only with the Founder. |
